NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — An Arctic blast will hit Middle Tennessee this weekend and bring the coldest temperatures we’ve seen so far this year.
The first of two systems will bring rain on Thursday, while the other arrives this weekend.
On Saturday, Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky could see 1-3 inches of rain. Later that night, an Arctic blast will sweep through – and could mean some snow showers.
Temperatures Sunday night into Monday could dip as low as 10-15 degrees across the area – and that doesn’t even consider the wind chill.
NewsChannel 5 meteorologists will continue to monitor this system and share updates throughout the week. For the latest weather information, visit our weather page.
