A suspect has been taken into custody after a 17-hour standoff in Montgomery County.
Officers from the Clarksville Police Department were first called to a home along the 1200 block of Commerce Street in Clarksville around 11a.m. Monday after reports of a man behaving strangely.
When they got on the scene, they said the man was outside the door holding an AK-47-style rifle.

Police said the tactical team made entry into the home shortly after 4 a.m. Tuesday.
The suspect was arrested on a charge of reckless endangerment. His name was not known.
There were no known injuries.
