Police in Franklin have been searching for an armed suspect wanted in a robbery.
The crime happened around 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Dollar General in the 1900 block of Columbia Avenue.
The suspect reportedly went into the store wearing a mask and pulled a gun on the clerk, ordering him to open the register.
Officials said they’re searching for a man in his late 30s or early 40s with dark hair and a full, short beard.
Reports stated he was driving a tan 1987-1991 Toyota Camry.
