Metro Nashville Police officers have arrested and charged a man in a December murder in North Nashville.
Investigators indicted 21-year-old Javarius Baugh for the murder of Terry Stewart at 2400 Buena Vista Pike apartments
Police say 30-year-old Terry Stewart died after being shot in the stomach outside the apartment building.
Less than 30 minutes after the shooting, Madison police stopped a car for running a stoplight, and a pistol was recovered from the vehicle. However, it was unclear if Baugh was one of those men or if they were connected to the crime.
