At least one fatality has been reported in a crash involving two vehicles in Wilson County.
The incident was reported around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at 4200 Sparta Pike.
Wilson County EMA officials said one was killed in the head-on wreck and two others were injured.
One man was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. They confirmed a pediatric patient was also airlifted to Vanderbilt.
Multiple responders were on the scene.
