Investigators with the Clarksville Police Department arrested and charged a man with the robbery of a Cumberland Bank and Trust last month.
Officers and FBI agents arrested 49-year-old James Halbrooks of Clarksville Friday, Dec. 4.
Police said Halbrooks handed the bank employee a note demanding money. The employee did what he asked and handed over the money.
Witnesses stated that he left in a white pick-up truck
