NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A Nashville-area bank has temporarily been closed after the driver of a van crashed into the front of the building.
The incident was reported Wednesday at a SunTrust bank near Martway Drive and Murfreesboro Pike.
Officials with Metro Police said the person was traveling down the road when the vehicle somehow jumped a curb and crashed into the bank.
Police were working to determine if the individual had a medical emergency. It was unknown if that person was injured.
Officials did not say how long the bank would remain closed.
