A bill moving through the legislature sponsored by Senator Jack Johnson would regulate online fantasy sites like DraftKings and Fan Duel.
The state currently has no oversight for the websites, and we're told those in charge of the sites actually asked lawmakers to help make sure the way they work is legal in Tennessee.
A Senate committee will discuss the measure next week.
