MANCHESTER, Tenn. (WTVF) — Billy Ray Cyrus led the community in a rendition of "Amazing Grace" Sunday morning at a memorial for Channing Smith, a Coffee County teen who took his own life after he was outed on social media.
Upon hearing Smith's story, Cyrus has been active on social media calling for justice for the 16-year-old.
