Authorities have been investigating after a body was found in a local Walmart parking lot in Madison.
The body was found at the Walmart in the 2200 block of Gallatin Pike North near Vietnam Veterans Boulevard Friday morning.
The Crime Scene Unit was called to the scene, but details on the possible cause of death were not yet available. Friday afternoon, officials said they did not believe the death was suspicious.
Crews said the investigation remained ongoing.
