NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A body was pulled from the Cumberland River Wednesday night.
A fisherman spotted the body late this afternoon just off Charlotte Pike near the Brookemeade Greenway in West Nashville.
Workers with the Office of Emergency Management brought a boat to the scene to help pull the body out.
Officials say the body is male and appears to have been in the water for sometime. No word yet
if the body has been identified.
