ASHLAND CITY, Tenn. (WTVF) — Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrested a man in the killing of a 71-year-old woman in Ashland City over the weekend.
Authorities investigate suspicious death of elderly woman
Keith Allen was arrested on a warrant for first degree murder and booked into the Cheatham County Jail without bond.
Allen's girlfriend, Patricia Ann Harper, was found dead in her home on the 1100 block of Valley View Road.
Officials say Allen, who also lived at the home, called police to report her death. But after investigating, officials say Allen is responsible for Harper's death.
