BRENTWOOD, Tenn. - When most girls dream of their perfect wedding dress they probably haven’t pictured toilet paper, but that was the idea behind an annual contest where people submit wedding gowns made from TP.
This year's winning number was designed by Donna Pope Vincler of Brentwood.
She won first place and $10,000 in the contest, sponsored by Charmin and Cheap Chic Weddings.
Along with the gown, she also created a top hat and bolero for the look.
Next, the design will be transformed into a real dress available for purchase.
