NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Two men were caught burglarizing a home in South Nashville, and Metro Nashville Police officials say the men are also under investigation for similar crimes.

Police said two victims returned home to find 28-year-old Michael Rowe and 34-year-old Jake Brown loading items from the home into a 2002 Toyota Sequoia with a Kentucky license plate.

When they figured out they'd been spotted, the men ran into a nearby wood line.

Police said officers quickly set up a perimeter and located both men in the 500 block of Paragon Mills Road.

The men were charged with aggravated burglary and vandalism. Both remain in jail.
