A car crashed into the side of a Mt. Juliet business damaging the front entrance and window of the store.
Officials with the Mt. Juliet Police Department said a man was driving eastbound on Lebanon Rd. when he lost control while trying to avoid a crash.
The car went through the Street Light Insurance Brokers' parking lot and into the storefront.
There were people inside the building at the time, but no injuries were reported.
Officials said charges were pending in the case, while it was under investigation.
