MT. JULIET, Tenn. – A section of East Division Street in Mt. Juliet was closed Tuesday night after a car landed in a creek.
The accident happened around 9:30 p.m. on East Division between Old Lebanon Dirt Road and Rutland Drive.
Officials say two people were inside the car at the time but did not suffer life-threatening injuries.
Fire crews helped get the victims out of the car and up the embankment. They were treated by medics on the scene.
No word tonight on what caused the accident.
