A woman was detained after a collision involving a Jeep and a train in Robertson County.
Officials with the Tennessee Highway Patrol said the wreck happened Monday night on U.S. 41 near the Red River Bridge in Adams.
According to troopers, a woman drove on to the tracks around 9:30 p.m.
The oncoming train saw the vehicle and managed to slow down before pushing it down the tracks until both came to a stop.
The woman was not seriously injured.
THP said she was detained on the scene under the suspicion of DUI. Her name was not known.
