NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Nashville's well-known Chaffin's Barn Dinner Theatre property has been sold for $1.95 million.
Chaffin's was forced to close its doors in October of 2020 after 50 years of business due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The property was sold for a total of $1,950,000 to a local investor, Ferrari Partners.
The theatre in the round opened in 1967 and was Nashville's first professional dinner theatre. Many of the barn's 50 staff members had worked there for more than 20 years.
