Two inmates will be charged after officials found damage to a jail window.
During a perimeter check, a Cheatham County deputy noticed melted plexi glass coming out under the metal plate that was placed on the window from a previous hole that was burned through the glass.
The deputy found that a large hole had recently been burned through the glass of cell C-3.
Officials with the Sheriff's Office said charges were pending for two inmates believed to be responsible.
