NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation added 23-year-old Douglas Cody Gass to the Most Wanted list.
Gass is wanted out of Chattanooga for vehicular homicide, reckless aggravated assault, felony evading, leaving the scene of an accident involving death and reckless endangerment.
He was described as being 5'7" tall, weighing 140 pounds and having brown hair and brown eyes.
