Officials with the Cheatham County Fairgrounds worked to clean up a mess made by vandals just one day before the county fair opened.
Vandals spray-painted buildings, restrooms, and bleachers over the weekend.
Organizers said most of the damage has been covered up.
However, they worked to repair everything before the fair opens Tuesday in Ashland City.
The fair was set for August 16-20. Tickets are $12 and rides are free.
