NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A child was hurt after being run over by a golf cart at the Nashville Zoo.
The incident happened Saturday night during a private party.
Zoo officials said the cart was being used to cater the party. Several children at the party started playing on the cart and accidentally unlocked the brake causing it to roll back on one of the kids.
The child was taken to an area hospital. The extent of the injuries has not been released.
