Chris Stapleton will not be playing this year’s CMA Fest in Nashville, the singer has announced.
The official CMA Fest account tweeted Wednesday morning that Stapleton’s performance was canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

He was scheduled to perform on June 11.
The singer also postponed shows for his “All-American Road Show" over the next three weeks.
