A Christmas parade was held using boats on Percy Priest, and it was all for a good cause.
The event was held around 5 p.m. Saturday and started from Elm Hill Marina.
The boats were all decorated for the holidays and set sail for the parade that ended at Shipwreck Cove.

A group of boaters started the parade in 2009, and they made sure to continue it every year.
The parade was hosted by the owner of Shipwreck Cove — and one of the original founders of the parade — Gary Clarke.
Boaters paid to enter their boats into the parade, and money was raised by selling auction items and taking donations.
Toy donations were also taken, and all proceeds were set to benefit Centerstone of Tennessee.
