The case against a Clarksville father accused of sexually assaulting and killing his 9-month-old daughter has been bound over to a grand jury.
Christopher Paul Conway was charged with homicide and aggravated rape of a child back on November 15.
Clarksville police said they were called to a residence on Cindy Jo Court for a medical call. A child was taken to Tennova and pronounced dead later that morning.
Police said the infant had been sexually assaulted and that a cord was wrapped around the child's neck, causing her death.
Conway was held on a $2.5 million bond.
