CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A Clarksville man is sought by police for multiple charges after a Monday night incident on New South Drive.
21-year-old Steven Phelps is wanted for aggravated assault, domestic assault and evading arrest.
Clarksville police believe he is staying in Nashville.
