CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Clarksville police have asked the public’s help in locating a 16-year-old who’s been missing since August 2018.
Police said Tai Harrell left his residence in Clarksville on August 7, 2018. At the time he was wearing a brown shirt and green pants.
Harrell is described as being 5’3” tall and weighs 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
