CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Clarksville Police (CPD) are asking for public assistance in locating Cedric St. Hill, who is wanted for aggravated statutory rape and theft.
According to a release sent by CPD, hill allegedly had sex with a juvenile over the age of 15 and took money from that victim's wallet without their consent or knowledge.
Hill is 32 years old, stands 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
Hill has an extensive criminal history, having served ten years in state prison over acts of violence.
Police spotted Hill last night; however, he was able to avoid capture.
