Clarksville Teenager Still Missing

A Clarksville teenager has now been missing for seven days.

Willow Pearce, who is 14 years old, was last seen inside her home on Peachers Mill Road in Clarksville. Her mother said the teenager climbed out of her bedroom window. Her step-father began chasing her, but lost sight of her in a nearby park.

Her mother said the teenager was alone only for 10 minutes before she ran off.

"I opened the door, her window was open, and she wasn't back there," Andrea Pearce-Stewart said.

The teen's family said she was with a male friend, but that friend has since told police he hasn't seen her since last Friday.

Clarksville Police officials and the Center for Missing and Exploited Children have assisted with the search. Even with colder temperatures and several days on the run, the family was remaining positive.

"I'm praying and hoping that she'll come home," added the teenager's mother.

The eighth grader left the home with only one change of clothes and less than $5. So far, her mother and step-father have printed up hundreds of flyers, hoping those help spread the word.

Her mother was emotional as she realized her daughter may not be home for Easter weekend.

"I was doing something in the kitchen, and I called out her name and was like, 'Wait a minute. She's not here,'" the mother said through tears.
