Metro Council members held a community to discuss changes to how the Music City handles short-term rentals.
Council and association members met to talk about concerns and changes they'd like to see in the short-term rental regulations with companies like Airbnb, VBRO and Home Away.
The motive is to be able to make both the renter and nearby residents aware of the bylaws and ordinances to help be more neighborly.
Council members planned to take the concerns and suggestions from Wednesday's meeting to Metro Council.
