NASHVILLE, Tenn. – It was a bittersweet night Wednesday for Shirley King, singer and daughter of the late B-B King.
She's performed on 2nd Avenue in, what would have been, the legend's 90th birthday celebration.
Shirley performed around 10:30 p.m. at BB King's Blues Club.
Meanwhile, in Memphis, a street sign was unveiled renaming a busy city street after the late bluesman, who passed away in May.
Third Street, a key Memphis thoroughfare, is now known as B-B King Boulevard.
