Singer-songwriter Jerry Lee Lewis was honored during a concert featuring many musicians and celebrities.

Lewis, the music legend, took the stage at Thursday night's show at Skyville Live.

He joined stars like George Strait, Chris Stapleton, and Kris Kristofferson for the live-streamed, online music series.

Country singer Toby Keith, reminisced with NewsChannel 5 about a show he played with Lewis.

He came to a show at the Staples Center in Los Angeles one time. I had an arena sold out and stompin' and he gets up there does 'great balls of fire' and 'a whole lotta shakin'.... He's a true icon, man. He's the last man standing," said Keith.

The city of Nashville and Berry Hill declared Thursday as "Jerry Lee Lewis Day" and even temporarily changed Westwood Drive to "Jerry Lee Lewis Lane."
