Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department have arrested a convicted murderer on drug charges.
Detectives said they saw Nakia Knott dealing drugs on Dickerson Pike near Briley Parkway.
They pulled over Knott a short time later for allegedly weaving in and out of lanes, and driving without headlights on in the rain.
A search of the car revealed he had cocaine. Knott was convicted of second-degree murder two years ago, and received 10 years probation.
