The Craft Brewer's Conference has taken over Music City, and in one of its many events today, a new beer celebrating the Scots-Irish Heritage of Tennessee was released.
The Sinsear brew was unveiled at Tennessee Brew Works downtown. Tennessee Brew Works has collaborated with Guinness and George Dickel.
Guinness's top brewers made the trip from Dublin, Ireland all the way to Nashville to help make it happen.
It is a red ale with lemon zest and ginger - kind of like a Tennessee Mule cocktail. The draft beer will have a number of kickoff events around downtown later this week.
The conference ends Thursday.
