Injuries have been reported in a multi-vehicle crash in Goodlettsville. The crash has closed all lanes of Louisville Highway.
The incident happened early Wednesday morning at Cartwright Circle, near the Millersville First Baptist Church.
Sky 5 flew over the scene and showed at least four vehicles involved. One person was seen being loaded into an ambulance.
The crash has blocked all lanes of the highway.
