LEBANON, Tenn. (WTVF) — At least five crashes involving tractor trailers have snarled traffic along Interstate 40 near Lebanon in Wilson County.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation reported one crash that closed westbound lanes around 6:30 a.m. at mile marker 240. This isn’t far from where another crash shut down the interstate on Monday.

Westbound lanes have since reopened near mile marker 240, but the Tennessee Highway Patrol said at least five crashes involving semis have been reported in the area.
