A crash has closed a portion of Main Street (State Route 246) in Williamson County, just south of Franklin.
The incident happened around 1 p.m. Friday between Old Carters Creek Pike and Downs Boulevard.
Details of the collision were not known. Both lanes of the roadway were closed.
The road was not expected to reopen until at least 7 p.m.
