Firefighters have responded to a fire in the West End of Nashville.
The call came from 3310 West End Avenue Wednesday evening. The fire broke out in and office building on Park Avenue.
It was unclear what caused the fire, but officials told NewsChannel 5 that the fire broke out on the 4th floor near the smoker's deck possibly due to careless smoking.
Crews were able to quickly put out the flames.
Official on scene said flames six to seven feet tall were coming out of the side of building.
No injuries were reported.
