CHRISTIANA, Tenn. (WTVF) — A fatal crash has caused the closure of Shelbyville Highway South at Rock Springs Midland road in Christiana. Crews are responding to the crash now.
Rutherford County Fire Rescue posted about the crash on Twitter. Drivers are asked to avoid the area, as the road will be closed for several hours. Traffic is being diverted.
In addition to Rutherford County Fire Rescue and Rutherford County EMS, also on scene are Rutherford County Sheriff's Office, Christiana Fire Company and Tennessee Highway Patrol.
