NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — First responders are searching for a man who went missing in the Cumberland River Sunday night.
According to MNPD, a man fishing ended up in the river near Lock Road shortly before 7 p.m. The 9-1-1 caller told officials they last saw him headed downstream. Police say they believe he was wearing a life jacket.
Nashville Fire crews are looking for the man in the water using sonar, as well as on the banks of the area.
