Fire and police crews responded to a call of a body found in the Cumberland River in West Nashville.
According to officers, a fisherman called saying he saw a body floating down the river on tree limb near the Rock Harbor Marina.
Happening now: @NashvilleEOC is working with @NashvilleFD to recover a body from the Cumberland River. It appears the person has been in the water for some time.

Search crews recovered the body around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. Nashville Fire officials asked the community to pray for the person's family.
