SUMMARY: Kobe Hoyle, 18, was shot and killed by his father outside their Branwood Drive home. The father told detectives he was in fear of his son who was allegedly attempting to rob him.
STATUS: The District Attorney has decided, for now, not to charge Hoyle’s father with his son’s death.
