SUMMARY: No arrests have been made in the targeted fatal shooting of a 14-year-old runaway from state custody. Tirell Hill was shot in North Nashville several weeks after running away from an Antioch home where he was in DCS custody. Detectives believe he was shot by a person in a black Nissan Altima with dark-tinted windows and a spoiler on the trunk.
