BUCKSNORT, Tenn. (WTVF) — One person was killed in a crash on Interstate 40 in Hickman County.
It happened near mile marker 152 near Bucksnort.
Tennessee Highway Patrol officials said a commercial vehicle traveling east reportedly crossed the median and hit two passenger vehicles. An occupant of one of those passenger vehicles died in the crash.
All westbound lanes were closed while emergency crews respond to the crash. The Tennessee Department of Transportation said the road reopened overnight.
