Four men accused of beating a man within an inch of his life appeared in court.
David and Cody Parrott, Mason Niece and Joseph Doyle went before a Decatur County judge.
According to the Sheriff's Department the victim was kidnapped, beaten with bricks, sexually assaulted and left to die.
The men seemed to be in good spirits while in court, and even waved at cameras in the courtroom.
The judge bound over their cases to a grand jury. They were scheduled to be back in court in 3 weeks.
