NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Demolition of the old United Methodist Publishing House on Demonbreun and 8th began Friday.
Crews began bringing down parts of its cement and steel skeleton. It had housed UMPH operations since 1957.
Its new location will be in the Metro Center.
The United Methodist Publishing House Board of directors voted to sell the 8th Ave location in 2012.
