DICKSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WTVF) — A recent Montgomery Bell Academy graduate was found dead Friday morning near a lake in Dickson County. The teen was identified as Will Caver, 19.
The school's headmaster said in an email that the death was an accidental drowning. Dickson County Sheriff Jeff Bledsoe said they are waiting for a medical examiner's report on the cause of death.
Deputies were called to an area on Timber Ridge Road in Charlotte on Friday morning where Caver's body had been pulled out of the lake and onto the bank. The sheriff's office said there was a party the previous night with a group of young adults.
The details surrounding Caver's death are still under investigation.
