Dickson man charged with homicide in the death of his son

DICKSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WTVF) — A Dickson County man has been charged with homicide for the stabbing death of his son yesterday.

52-year-old Billy Clifft allegedly stabbed his son, 26-year-old Christopher Clifft, at the apartment they shared in Brookview Apartments, located on the 300 block of McLemore Street.

Clifft was booked into Dickson County jail and is being held without bond pending an appearance in Dickson County General Sessions Court on May 16.

The incident is still under investigation.
