A Stewart County minister was arrested on allegation of sexual assault against a minor.
Steven Waller admitted to having sexual relations with a minor to investigators with the Stewart County Sheriff's Office.
Officials received the complaint on April 4 and charged Waller with aggravated sexual battery.
The next day, Waller appeared in general sessions court and a judge reduced his $75,000 bond to $60,000 on the condition that he has no contact with the victim and no contact with anyone under the age of 18.
