NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Trinity Lane East in Nashville was shut down after a serious crash.
A car headed east hit the side of a truck pulling out from a parking lot, causing the truck to flip. The car ran off the road, and the driver ran from the vehicle.
Metro Police officers responded to the scene and arrested the driver.
Both drivers were taken to nearby hospitals. The injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
Police say the speeding car had just been stolen.
